Bad communication & Delivery

I bought 4 items and paid on 16 March. 7-10 days for delivery and it's now 24 April and I am still waiting. The only response you get is "Our support staff will get back to you shortly (it might take a bit longer on evenings and weekends). Feel free to ask for any support request we will be happy to help."

They do not communicate when there is a delay and their" We do apologize for the terrible communication but I can assure you that we are not a ****." makes you think twice
