Bad client experience

I placed my order on 06/11/2023 and to date have not received my order when I placed my order received notification as follows The delivery of your order is estimated between Monday, 20 November 2023 and Monday, 11 December 2023. With no communication I followed up to find out and was told their order was delayed due to festive will receive order from 15 to 20th today is the 27th still nothing. Their client engagement is non existence not to mention client service. I don't want to ever order anything from this company.
