APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT OF CUSTOMER

Absolutely appauling customer service and shopping experience. Every time I query the status of my order they send me their standard shipping details on their website, not further information provided as to where my order is or when it will actually be delivered. They also thought it fine to scream at me on email using bold red letters. It has resulted in me threatening to cancel my order and screaming back just to be told the shipmwnt hasn't arrived yet. Do not engage with this business, they have no way of treating their customers with respect or providing proper updated feedback on paid orders.
