Appalling service!

Appalling!!! Order placed and paid 9 October 2023, date today is the 18th of January. Still no delivery or communication from this company. I have had to ask more than twice for a refund. This company has the worst costumer service to absolute none!! Do not waste your time, there are plenty of other craft online businesses that care about service delivery and their customers.
