Absolutely Shocking service by Craftivating.com, Perhaps a ****?

Absolutely shocking service! I ordered a parcel in January 2024, It is now mid April, not only have I NOT received my parcel, I have neither received any communication regarding my parcel! I was told that it could arrive within the month of Feb! Half way I contacted them to find out where the order is, I got a feed a straight forward feed back. After that date... I gave some grace... no update... So as their client i had to contact them AGAIN. Excuses that there is a delay in shipment, 7 to 10 business days delay. Its been a whole month that I am still waiting for response and my parcel. Perhaps this is a fly-by-night business? Collect money and never deliver a product. That is a typical **** company.
