Absolutely Pathetic Delivery Services - Orders take MONTHS to be delivered.

Absolutely horrific delivery service times. Order was placed in October, delivery was promised by the 4th of December, and I am still waiting. On querying delivery date on 29/11, I was told within ANOTHER 7 to 10 business days and the order still shows as "processing", no change whatsoever. No updates are sent to you unless you specifically log a ticket with their support and request an update! I guess the fact that I had to log a ticket 4 days after payment was made to ask why payment was not being updated should have been a red flag! I would seriously avoid this company, unless you are willing and able to wait MONTHS for delivery. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service at Craftivating.com.
