Absolutely disgusted

I ordered scattered cushions from them more than a month ago, nothing received, no correspondence. I logged a query after 3 weeks where they responded that they are waiting for the supplier. Now another 2 weeks later no follow up or communication received. I sent an email to request a refund, but obviously they are just ignoring me. Will never order from them again!
