Hi , I purchased a few items in January this year and have been following up on my order, i received an email after a month from Micheal , who mentioned the shipment is delayed , eventually i cancelled the order and requested a refund , to which bank details was submitted and to this day , there has been zero responses , the ticket creations have stopped ... this company is a total ****
