4 months of waiting

I agree with so many of the other reviews, placed an order in October, still waiting after numerous emails and being told the same story that that there were delays due to the holiday season, was then told I'd have my order by the end of January, have now been told it will be another 2 weeks. Have requested a refund, got told that any refund will be in line with their returns and refunds policy, so I'm not holding my breath.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

As of this morning their auto reply email was still the same one from December with regards their holiday season hours and contact details.
