Spelling error from employees side.

I previously ordered products to be lazer cut at the East Rand Mall Crafters Market and there were no issues. I went there on 3 March 2018 to order more products. I got contacted today to fetch it. I take off work early to go fetch it, drove there and when I got the box, they made a spelling error with a name on the box. They made me write out the names that must be used on the box. I wrote it myself (with correct spelling) and now it is incorrect. I was told they will fix it, but now I must take off work again, drive there again and pay for my parking again. Why not look at what the customers need/want when we write it down?
