poor excuses

Baught a beetroot kitchen island on wednesday. Asked for it to be delivered. I had to call them later that day to ask when it will be delivered only to find out that t will only be delivered on Monday 13-07-2015<br> Again i had to cll THEM today just to hear that they do not know when the table will be delivered as their delivery van is broken.<br> I feel that this is a poor excuse and they are just not in the mood to deliver a table i paid for almost a week ago.
