Appalling service

My sister and I decided to spend some time together eating out and I had made the unfortunate decision to go to crafted crust. It was well after 11am and the doors were open so we went in picked a table and took a seat. The guy who was supposed to be at the counter was on his phone completely unbothered that there were customers in his otherwise empty shop. We were not attended to no menus and their screens were off so we had no idea how to order or what they had. After he had finished playing on his phone he realized the screens were off and switched them on. I then went to the counter to place my order to find him basically ignoring me until I asked him if I required special status to order. He then says they were still closed but he could help me. I placed my order and paid and when the food eventually got to me it was the wrong order. The waiter brought him to the table at which point he says what I ordered is the same thing but known different in the kitchen, I suppose I was supposed to smell that or perhaps I work in the place to know, what aggravated me the most was I was asked repeatedly "what's wrong" in a tone accusing me of being wrong. But here's the ultimate insult, the gentleman who walked in after me received his order just as I was asking for my refund, isn't it strange that they were open for him? Seems kinda ****** honestly
