Craft Hardware - Inferior products and poor after sales service. BEWARE!!!

Craft hardware in Manaba, Margate - beware of their special JoJo water tank offer! This is an inferior quality tank, they leak and reporting it to the manager Dou does not help as I discovered. His answer is "I only work here" I bought my tank in Agust on the 20th and got it installed by October. Before the tank was even full I noticed that it was leaking water. We had some heavy rain so I left it until everything dried up. Twice I went into the shop and told Dou that the tank is not right. Anyway nothing happened, I wrote my contact details in his book, as he directed me to do and still no response from Craft Hardware. So now after two months eventually the tank burst at the seams. Now the owner is in hospital, so I have to wait but the manager is implying that it was not installed properly. I have three other tanks, all installed in the same way, solid concrete base and elevated section built with blocks.
