<p>I have ordered and paid for craft supplies on 29 July 2016. It is well over 2 months and I have received nothing. Not even an answer on my emails send to customer service or the phone. I even asked the administrator of the shop's fb page what is going on? But alas, I am only waiting my time.</p>
