Craft Saving - Diamond Dots

Not getting my parcel. ordered on the 19/08/2021. Parcel at some SA warehouse since 28/08/2021. Nothing is forth coming and nobody wants to give refund. Can't get into Paypal to request refund either. Everytime I enquire they say it will be delivered "Next" week. Been 6 weeks now
