Verby bad experioence with Craft Pipes/Willem

In the week I have been waiting for my complete order, I was told (by Willem): That he was about to collect my globes from a Chinese shop. That he had to return it to the Japanese shop because they gave him the wrong ones. (He paid me back for these, at least.) That he was on his way, but had had to turn back. That the cellphone signal was poor and therefore he coulnt answer my messages and callls. That the courier was meant to collect the parcel (accompanied by a photograph of the lable of presumably an empty packet. The courier, needless to say, couldn't track such a parcel. It is really, really a nightmare to deal with Willem/this company. He still owes me 3 lampshades. What is one meant to do? Go to the police?
