Pathetic service
These guys seems to have a good thing going but its such a shame that they cant keep to their commitments. After weeks of waiting for the items to be delivered and having had to suffer through all kinds of bull**** excuses (and being very patient) the wrong item arrived. I am still waiting for a satisfactory conclusion to my purchase but have now given up as a lost cause. I can only be bull****ted and ignored so many times.... Do not believe all the nonsense excuses and promises you will be given. Unfortunately these people are not dependable.

As. communicated with you we did change the seating size of the chair for a better sitting experience. We did this at no additional charge to you but unfortunately had some challenges with the redesign of pipe sizes and tearing at the time. We apologise for the delay you had. We are sure you are enjoying your chairs and was worth the wait.
