Pathetic quality of goods and service

I purchased a shelf with a wood plank in December 2021, only to find that the plank was not level with the wall. A representative of Craft Pipes collected the plank from me in January 2022 and promised to send me another plank via a courier. I have since then repeatedly WhatsApp’ed and called Willem from Craft Pipes regarding this plank only to be told that he could either not remember my order, or that the plank should have been sent by now and that he would resolve the matter, which to date, has not been done. I completed a refund form on Facebook messenger 3 weeks ago, and was told that the refund would be expedited, but I have still not received as much. I cannot believe this lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer care. I will never purchase another product from Craft Pipes again.
