Order only if you have time to waste in follow ups
Absolutely shocking service. Ordered products which were promised delivery in 5-8 days. I followed upon the 9th day and received a bunch of excuses like looting and Chinese imports. I then gave them a fair chance to rectify, and then I had more delays. After posting on FB (where I have been blocked) they delivered an incomplete product, deviated on design of another and sent wrong globes. I throwing a fit I was promised delivery of the last product on Friday, then Saturday and then Sunday. I am now told they will deliver today. I usually dont rave and rant, but this supporting small businesses comes with destruction of peace of mind. Wish I could load a picture here, it is laughable how they do business.

Unfortunately you had a custom rifle gun light that need some components that where hold up at Durban Harbour at the time of the looting. N3 Where closed causing further issues. Even though the delay. Your goods where delivered by management them self instead of the courier that has saved more time.
