Craft pipes are ***** and *******

They are probably going to delete my post again but that’s fine.

I paid about R9k for a bar setup and was very excited about this project because it’s the one part of our new house that I was looking forward to.I wanted something unique and hence I chose Craft Pipes to do it for me.

Almost a month later ,after full payment I am siting with a half pipe system ,loose cables and shelves in my garage .Daily excuses ranging from copper cables ****** to Loadshedding to lack of stock .Daily lies and false promises.

Till today the job that has been paid for is still not completed.I have actually accepted that these guys simply don’t want to do what they were paid to do and asked if I can atleast collect the rest of the fittings and find someone else to complete the job .No response.

I am absolutely disgusted and actually sad about this entire debacle because it has taken away the joy of seeing the piece put together and made operational.

I am now forced to take legal action and will make sure that these guys don’t do it to anyone else ever again.They have grossly underestimated me.

What I would like to know is has someone ever had the same issues with craft pipes ? I now understand why they only have good reviews .They delete all the bad reviews.
