Willow Grove - Unacceptable Service and Unresolved Snag List Issues

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of action from Craft Homes(Willow grove Property) in addressing the unresolved snag list for our home, particularly a persistent roof leak. It has been five months since we moved in, and despite multiple reports, reminders, and assurances from the sales agent during our initial occupation meeting, no progress has been made.

We were promised that the roof leak would be prioritized, yet my repeated follow-ups have been ignored. Now, during the rainy season, the problem has worsened significantly. The water leakage is so severe that it has made our living conditions intolerable. This negligence is unacceptable.

We are paying a substantial amount of money for this property, and it is appalling that we have to endure such major defects. The poor service we’ve received reflects badly on Craft Homes, and this level of neglect is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I urge the developer to address this issue immediately and fulfill the promises made. We cannot continue living in these conditions, and action must be taken without delay.
