Craft Homes Kyalami: I would like to take a moment to thank site Agent Bertus, at Craft homes site Kyalami. Unfortunately when I bought my unit in the complex I was not made aware of the extreme massive construction that would commence right next to my unit in just a few weeks after I received the keys. Betus assisted me a lot to ensure the noise & dust & other disturbances were kept to an absolute minimum. I phoned him often to complain, infact daily, & he was very approachable, & very willing to go the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable in my own unit. Bertus & his team made sure the massive construction next to me affected me the least. I also had a big problem with the solar geyser timer that kept ticking loudly in my ceiling at ungodly hours, & woke me from deep sleep daily, and after informing Bertus of this, that too i was sorted out in 2 days.

My experience with the site team last few months, Bertus & his team was very pleasant, for that I would like to thank you.
