Poor service and low quality materials and finishes

We’ve been struggling for more than 6 months to get our snag list closed out! They are unwilling to: - repair damp on our boundary wall - install the kitchen cupboards as listed - a shower that messes all over the floor is part of the design - just get a towel - have to beg and plead for them to come to site

Also, as time has gone on the finishes are starting to give in: - the plugs are cheap and beginning to slip into the wall

I would suggest doing a thorough review of any craft home property before purchasing. As once they leave the site, your snag list will never be closed.
