Poor quality and poor response to snags

Besides that the properties are smaller than their advertising video impressions… They use the cheapest materials they can find. I cannot recount how many snags one is still raising. The walls are breaking, had low water pressure for months and they blamed COJ, toilet cisterns had to be replaced, our gardens were over flooding- into the houses for some owners, oven hoods falling off for the 3rd time, walls were skew, some are cracking a year later and we’re told it’s normal for all new houses. It’s more than a year and we’ve bought properties before none of these issues were permanent

Myself and owners in the complex have never experienced the joy of a new house with Craft Homes, it felt like we bought properties to flip! Their nonchalance to our issues are unbelievable. Our toilets are leaking and we’re told by Body Corporate that Craft Homes says their budget for our complex is done, I had to pay own plumber.

My advise is try a different developer, they’re building more complexes in the area, I pity the heartache those buyers are going to experience. Don’t be lured by their pricing, you will pay a higher mental price
