I was assisted by Bridget Robertson

I was assisted by Bridget Robertson. She is such a lovely lady. Very kind, polite and welcoming. From the start of the Journey she made sure that every aspect of what I was looking for was catered for. Even in her busy schedule she would ask Kim to assist. I really enjoyed having someone like her as this was my first experience and she extended herself through and through for me, until I got to the end of it. I really appreciate her and Kim.
