I regret buying a house from Craft Homes

Buying a house built by Craft Homes was the worst decision that I have ever made. Within 6 months of moving into the new house, the water pipes in the kitchen started to leak. Water leaked everywhere in the kitchen and into the garage. As a result my kitchen sink cardboards were destroyed and I had to get a plumber to fix the leaking pipes. The plumber informed me that the material used for the pipes was of poor quality. At the same time the shelves in the wardrobes and broom cardboard broke. My sliding door was fixed twice but still doesn't lock. I then had another pipe leak from the outside. The disturbing thing is that almost all the houses in the estate have had issues with leaking pipes, cracking paint and walls, broken tiles and solar panel malfunction, all within a year of moving into these new houses. Craft Homes refuses to take accountability and continues to treat issues as if they are 'snags'. Its been less than two years since this house was built but It feels like I bought a house that is 10 years old with all the issues going on here. I regret buying a home with them. If you do buy a house from them be prepared to spend money fixing isssues every now and again. Don't bother asking for assistance from them because you will not get anywhere!
