I like the service that I receive from Pleasure - Site Manager at Willow Falls. I discovered lot of snags like leaks, cracks, rusts, etc in the house. Pleasure has always been available to fix. I like his service. But I have nothing good to share about Craft Homes. I always discover fault after another. Pleasure deserves 5 stars, but Craft Homes deserves 2 stars.
