Huge improvement required

Haven't even bought, let alone view but I have tried calling multiple times to get an agent to assist with a possible home purchase. I keep getting transferred and line goes to voicemail allll the time (during working hours). Super unprofessional and dodge.

I will go elsewhere, thank you very much. I read the reviews too, not impressed.
