Great overall experience

Great overall experience. Communications were clear and requirements were reasonable. I would appreciate a bit more feedback from the craft homes team. Such as acknowledgement of receiving important document and updates with respect to their processing. For example, the signed lease (by the landlord) was only returned to us 2 weeks after moving in. Another example, acknowledging the deposit was received. I still haven't received acknowledgement from the main recipient (although I confirmed via WhatsApp that the deposit was received by the Agent) The agent that assisted us, Zayd Walljee was efficient and responsive. Helping us with queries in reasonable time with useful resources. For example, assistance with fibre installations, warning of what to keep an eye out for to ensure a comfortable move in, organising access with security when biometrics were down etc. Overall, we have had a great experience with Zayd and appreciate his dedication to ensuring our move in was quick and straightforward.
