Extremely low quality houses and poor workmanship
Their house are built with low quality materials and poor workmanship. Our walls need repairing every month since we moved in, our roof is leaking in multiple rooms - we have owned the brand new house for less than a full 4 months. Some of the spec are missing… I regret buying from craft homes… If you want a brand new house, rather go through the trouble to building it yourself or another developer. Owners in other developments they have built are as devastated as we are…. I say run or you will be left fighting for your money back
