Disgusting service !

Craft homes is disrespectful,no accountability or sense of urgency,you log something and your emails will get ignored ,I’m sitting with an electrical issue for weeks ,tried reaching out to them and they will take you from Pillar to post ,your emails gets ignored ,experience is horrible ,as if that’s not enough ,we are stuck with a R10 000 bill due to their lack ethics and poor communication,still being taken from pillar to post !
