Craft homes - TERRIBLE INVESTMENT

I thought I bought my forever home, as a first time buyer I was excited to invest in a home development by craft homes. Turns out it was the worst decision I ever made. Iv only been in my home for 3 years and all our tiles are lifting up - when the wind blows the roof lifts up - we have discovered cracks in our kitchen counter which they tried to cover up with silicone- we were told that there would be a park are and pools which is still not built - and we cannot use our bath because of plumbing issues.

After much deliberation Craft homes agreed to retile ONLY the upstairs (leaving the downstairs tiles to be replaced out our own pocket) - only to find out in the middle of the process that they refuse to replace the tiles in the bathroom (shower and walls) so that too will have to come out of our own pocket. NO ONE should have to replace tiles after only 3 years of purchasing a brand new development. And to put the cherry on top, the tiles which they did replace have been done with such bad craftsmanship we will probably have to replace those too - they did not complete the job despite taking a week off work and making ourselves available and giving full access to the house - the walls, cupboards and doors have been damaged throughout this process and they do not answer calls or emails.

I am absolutely disgusted and horrified at Craft homes developments.. I will tell everyone I know and anyone who will listen to never buy or invest they money with them it’s been an absolute nightmare. - TERRIBLE INVESTMENT and an absolute waste of money.
