Craft Homes is dead silent on structural issues in my property regardless of 5 follow-ups!

I am an owner of a Craft Homes property at Springwood Estate. I enquired with Craft Homes on significant snag build issues in the house noting that I appreciate that the house has now settled in, and that has come with the following issues.

Major Cracks in walls. Major Cracks in the side skirtings on the grounds. Tiles completely undone and upstairs. Due to the rain and roofs, ceiling with damp marks.

I provided them with images, and they sent their structural engineers evaluators to the house to inspect the items. It was noted that these in fact are build issues, as there was no way I could have created the cracks, and build issues with tiles loose, and ceiling / roof issues that occurred with rain and all that were mentioned above etc.

I took time off work to accomodate the evaluators to come and view all the items line by line, utilised their own snag list and one that I too also completed line by line. And it was agreed by the engineers as well that these were structural issues. These communications happened on the 10 April. Evaluators and engineers arrived and viewed my property on the 16 April 2024.

I have since followed up 3 - 4 times on reverts, and Craft Homes' Ruan and Adriaan and snags agents have been dead quiet since!

Ignoring all communications I have sent them - What do they think is supposed to happen. Is this an admission that these are structural faults with the builds - I don't understand why they are ignoring all communications I have sent to them. It is now the 23 May 2024, and they still insisting on not getting back to me. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional as all I require is them to fulfil their part of the issues on structural damages that are in my home! Craft Homes , this is incredibly disappointing.
