CRAFT HOMES have no respect to the existing community

We live in a complex in Little Falls Roodepoort, in a cul de sac, we have been here for almost 10 years, the complex has been around for over 20 years. A few months ago CRAFT HOMES started to Build in the open field behind us. Without following the correct procedures and protocols, they decided to move their layby area into the cul de sac in full sight of us entering our complex, as per one of their manager and I quote " the decision was made so that the layby area will be out of sight" for them, not taking into consideration of all the owner in our complex. In doing so they destroyed the garden at the entrance to our complex, which took us over 7 years to get it where it was, after requesting a meeting, they moved it away, it has become a constant battle dealing with these guys, even after their CEO's commitment that they will bring the garden back to its original state. This DID NOT include a path way that was layed down through the garden so that they can take their bins out. This was rejected by the owners of our complex. After several email, their response to me was, and I quote "orry it will not happen again" but it is, we are being ignored and disrespected. Our complex is being bul**** by CRAFT HOMES.
