Can I get my deposit back?

I have used Tonkin Clacey Attorneys before with the purchase of my first home, and they were really professional and efficient. So it was an easy decision to use them again for the next purchase of my home.

Everything was on track, I provided the Attorneys with their R10 000 deposit for the offer to purchase. This then went through to their mortgage consultants Craft homes. The deal fell through with the banks, my bond application did not come through. I provided Tonkinn Claceys and Craft Homes with the evidence that I was not able to purchase the home, because the bond application was not provided. And for the past 4 months no one has been able to give me back my deposit. Its been back and forth between Craft Homes and Tonkin Clacey. This is really unusual and quite frankly bizarre because R10 000 that belongs to me should be able to be brought back to its owner!?! No one is bale to give me a reason as to what the issue is, or why it hasn't been deposited back to my account. Please can I have my money back?
