Abysmal Developer

Very helpful with getting the financials approved and squeezing me for money owed, very poor on delivering what was promised. I moved into my new home in April of 2022 and 7 months down the line I have had constant issues that had to be resolved. Water damage, paint chipping, leaking, faulty electricals, toilets not working properly, extras not installed properly, missing standard features, ***** fibre network operator, not delivering fixes on time, not mandating a snag list inspection and the list goes on.

I will never buy from these people again, very unprofessional and their back office staff are unskilled to say the least.
