Renovators Nightmare

Renovators dream turned into a nightmare.... there is no excuse for such incompetence and what is deemed the worst workmanship ever seen from what i was led to believe is a professional company providing the best value for their customers with their knowledge and technology! Untrained staff, unsupervised staff, use of inferior building materials, *****ed roof, walls not straight, windows and door frame not straight so could not close the door, plastering a nightmare and because i was unhappy it was my attitude that Yemeen decided not to return to make right of what he agreed was a an absolute disaster. A refund of some money and for me to fix the mess they had created.... I had to employ another company who had to pull the whole renovation down and re do the entire job that Craft Glass and Aluminium was paid to do. The frames i paid for upfront for another section have yet to be delivered as the measurement's and made up frames do not fit through my doors......... so i am now expected to accept the frames, glass in pieces and store until the plans are passed to complete the installation. I have been informed that is what was quoted... this has been months ago and i am still waiting for the delivery even if it is delivered not sure other than using a crane how they are going to fit.... i have been informed take it or leave it it was how the job was quoted.... seriously who pays for frames to be delivered in pieces and then to establish they don't fit through the doorways! Surely this should have been taken into consideration when quoting and then manufacturing the frames? The worst experience ever, the worst service and attitude by the owner Yemeen that i have has the displeasure of meeting, i have never had the need to write a review like this but with the owners attitude and the complete havoc he and his team caused is unacceptable not to mention the huge inconvenience and safety concerns during the renovation, this ordeal could have been avoided if the paid work was supervised and professionally managed. I now wait for the pieces to arrive which might have to stay on the pavement unless the pieces will fit through the door frames but this does not concern Yemeen as he feels this is how and what he quoted on... totally unacceptable and appalling service. Would i recommend their service NOT A CHANCE and this does not even deserve 1 star but without me selecting one it will not post.
