Package not received after 2 months!

I paid the courier, but after 2 months still have not received the package. At first he did respond to my phone calls and messages, but for the last 3 weeks he is not answering my phone calls or messages and I still don't have my parcel. Apparently he is making use of a sub-courier, and apparently the sub-courier was not paid, and is now refusing to deliver my parcel. The payment between them, is between them and should be sorted by them, I paid my parcel and the courier.
