Best online crafting establishment ever.

I recently bought a Cricut explore from Craft Buddies. I compared the items received to the items on the website and found that I didn't receive a standard grip mat. I immediately contacted them and they saw that the adverti*****t on their website was incorrect. I just received another delivery from them. Not only did they send the mat but also sent me a keyring kit. I received everything free of charge, which is amazing as they could've just said that they are not liable for errors and omissions. Their customer service is outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough.
