Terrible Service!!! Do not use this company

I ordered a hoodie on the 14th December (which was a christmas gift for my husband) and made 80% of the payment on the 16th December. I was told I would have it before Christmas, no indication that they would be closing for the festive season. I never received the order and had been trying to get in contact with them all through Dec. The first week in Jan they contact me to say that they had closed and my order was sent to the wrong person. I was promised that it would still be done and the owner Brian even called me. To date I have still not received the order and it's been 3 months!!! Now they are not answering my messages again as now I am requesting a refund.
