Refusal to refund payment

We bought SIKA slasher spares from Cradon Trading in Tongaat Kwazulu Natal .After paying the invoice we requested the order to be amended. The difference in price was R1104 which had to be refunded to us. Sharmaine from Cradon Trading confirmed that they would refund us as we did not receive spares which we had paid for. We have been battling since April to get the refund and she now confirmed that they will not pay us the money owed to us. No reason given. Craig, the owner of the company is unresponsive regarding the payment and ignores our calls and messages. In my book this equates to *****ing. Watch out for them.
