No Help from management

I left a (sentimental kids) painting with a framing guy who had a kiosk outside Checkers. When I went back a few days later to fetch it the guy was gone, and so was my picture. I have spoken to dozens of staff members at the mall and each one gives me a different person on a different number to phone. Surely somebody has the man's phone number? It's not possible that people can set up a kiosk and nobody knows who they are or how to contact them? <br> <br> Nobody is willing to help and I don't know how to get my picture back. It's important to me. Does one have to report something on a public forum in order to get somebody to give a jot?
