Locked into CradleStone Mall

After finishing an 20h00 movie, at 22h15, we left Ster-Kinekor and paid for parking and went to drive out of the covered parking at CradleStone. The gates on our level were locked, so we figured, thats understandable, lets go down to the main entrance / exit to leave there. This was locked too. After calling the parking attendant, we discovered that we had to go to the very top open air exit, 6 floors above us. <br> I understand why CradleStone would do this, but I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND why there is NO SIGNAGE, NO WARNINGS and NO DIRECTIONS if you want to leave and the gates are closed. Unhelpful security guards didnt help the experience. SIGNAGE PLEASE
