Lifts not Operational & Roof Ceiling hazards

Hi, <br> It is sad to pick up the noises from Mall shoppers in the Cradlestone Mall (Krugersdorp-Mogale City) when you realize that the lifts on the Checkers Western side of the Mall has been 25% Operational since 2014. You must run to the Ground floor, press the 1st floor button inside the lift which then will revert to the 1st floor. The other lift is totally out of service. Then you also pick up how disabled individuals have to take on the challenges to make use of the lift area I mentioned which is absolutely ridiculous.<br> The other issue is the safety hazard during the rainy season when some of the roof ceilings collapse <br> Not sure what the Building Owner(s)( and Management intend doing to rectify the relevant issues to ensure that Customer and Shop Owners needs are met.<br> <br> Thank you. <br>
