child almost snatched

My wife was shopping for our baby girl for winter clothes in Ackermans when a african lady approached her asking for assistances handing her shoes which she could not reach.<br> After she assisted her the lady kept on saying its the wrong size.<br> My wife then felt something was wrong and turned around to see if our daughter was ok sleeping in a trolley.<br> She then saw a african male and another african lady trying to lift our daughter out of the trolley.<br> immediatly she started screaming and asked what are you doing???He rep**** and said she was cazy and over reacting and said he was looking for keys he lost.We reported to seurity centre management of Cradle mall and his reply was that the cameras is not working there.He also advised that he wll give ceedback...STILL WAITING....Who ever goes shopping there...BE CAREFULL!!!!!!As it looks like a easy target to snatch children with people knowing the cameras not working.
