Broken facilities and no service!

<p>First the parking ticket does not work. We phone for assistance and pay the ticket. Then we go to the exit. The ticket does not work. We phone for assistance at the gate with people queing behind us and a baby screaming in the car. This machine is broken - we can not hear the lady speaking on the line. We have to go to another boom's intercom. There they tell us we have not paid. After a screaming match they eventually open the wrong boom - I have not in a long time come across such incompetence!
