terrible experience

<p>what a terrible experience!!!!!!!! <br />firstly the person could not drive the game drive jeep had no knowlegde about any animals besides the caged lions. did not stop so we could take photos. then raced back to what we thought would be a nice Christmas breakfast but in stead we were met by a confused group of staf who would not clear us a table and had us sit by the bar counter to eat our breakfast. just a few minutes later another couple walks in to eat breakfast and they get to eat at a table that was reserved for someone else. then when we called the manager to ask why there is such double standards she told us that we did not book a table to sit at while the game drive included a breakfast afterwards!!! only when we told her we will be making a comment online she acknowledge she was wrong!!! im so dissapointed with the service will not recommend going there they are *********** unprofessional and a waste of money.</p>
