Cradle Mount Hotel

<div>We booked rooms through Cradle Mount Hotel & Conference Centre Cradle Mount Hotel for our wedding and we were told that we couldn't get the rooms Anymore unless we pay an additional R7500 for two rooms which is absurd. We then went through the tourist ombudsman to get a refund and the hotel was told to reimburse us. To date they have not and when we visited them today this is the reaction from the owner's daughters. They wanted to physically assault us stating that we don't know who their father is, their father arrived and said he is not reimbursing us.

I am highly disappointed in the way they handle things it is **********. Please be aware everyone when booking with them and dealing with these rude violent people.</div>
