Worst Service - Cradle Boutique Hotel

Hi,

I have asked from my refund from Cradle Boutique hotel, They claim to have done a refund last week on 17 October, its been a week and the money still hasnt reflected in my account. I have tried to call them, each time i call there is no one in the finance department to address the issue or even a manager that i can take this up with.
