Crackerjack cellular un-repairs

Very friendly service, but absolutely worst quality workmanship. I had an iPhone XS, screen cracked and battery on 84%, phone working 100% fine. Contacted Nadine Stein for a quote, very quick friendly and easy, good prices. Said I had to replace the battery as well, and added it to the quote. Came out to my house to do the repairs after hours, great. Paid in full, but next day already the battery was drained faster than before, and the screen started glitching. Nadine says everything was tested when she left so it must be the phone (and not their poor quality product or workmanship). Now they want to run diagnostics on the phone to prove it is not their fault and get me to pay even more for whatever they need to replace next. Very frustrating and costly exercise dealing with Crackerjack cellular repairs. Please avoid them if you can.
